Ventures

Two products in development and a written list of where the company intends to go next. Each carries a status, what is built today, and what is only intended.

Corebank

In development · working prototype

aibank

Financial infrastructure for AI agents

In development · research build

A research build on letting AI agents transact through controlled, auditable workflows: bounded authority, every decision recorded, nothing the agent can raise by itself.

The mechanism both products share

A request, a policy decision, a hold, a verified settlement notice, and a balanced entry on the books. Everything else is interface.

Future ventures

Exploratory · not started

Areas Odusipe Enterprise intends to build in next. These are stated as interests, not divisions: no team, product or commitment exists behind them yet.

AI and intelligent automation

Agents given bounded authority inside real business processes, and the tooling that makes their work reviewable.

Cybersecurity and security engineering

Security as an engineering discipline: authorisation, key handling, verified inputs, and systems that fail closed.

Robotics and autonomous systems

Software for machines that act in the physical world, where a wrong decision has a cost that cannot be rolled back.

Digital and financial infrastructure

The layers businesses rent rather than build: ledgers, identity, messaging, deployment, observability.

Enterprise software and analytics

Operational systems and the measurement that tells an operator whether anything improved.

Other technology businesses

Anything with a clear commercial case, a defensible mechanism and a path beyond its first market.

Shared infrastructure, honestly shared

Corebank is intended to serve as the financial layer for businesses in a future group, subject to the necessary provider approvals and applicable regulatory requirements. Until those exist, it is infrastructure an operator runs for themselves.

Where the first customers are

The businesses these products are for are the ones already moving money through providers that fail in specific, documented ways: a webhook that never arrives, a transfer that reports success twice, a reversal that is not a clawback.

Infrastructure built against those failures travels. Infrastructure built against a sunny-day API does not.
